Composition - Contemporary, 1 year

This study program is extremely individualized. Each student is accepted based on an artistic project definied in the application. This project typically reaches beyond the current artistic experience of the applicant.

In consultation with faculty, the course content of the program is determined by the student to support the production of the project. Five defined main specialisation subjects are available: electroacoustic music, film music, crossover art, music drama/chamber opera and chamber music.

There is also a small budget avaliable for each student to spend on production or external expertise, necessery for the project. The examination is a public presentation in whatever venue suitable for the piece of art.

The adminstration and project managing of the public presentation is part of the program and therefore the student's responsability. The school supports the creative process and supplies a limited budget. The school is not responsable for any additional production costs exceeding the supplied and approved budget.
